Five feet hight and risin’

cashbpsJust because i’ve been walking around singing my own version of the song “Five Feet High and Risin”.  A sample:

How high is the snowbank, Momma?

She said, “It’s five feet high and risin”

How high is the snowbank, Poppa?

He said it’s five feet high and risin

Well the highway’s closed out east of town

The cars are a slippin and a slidin around

The sky’s the same color as the ground

Five feet high and risin

Other working verses are as innocuous as school closings and snowman building.  While others explore cannibalism…of course they would.
